  Had a great experience at this dealership. Bought a used truck. The prices were fair and comparable to other dealerships in the area. The staff were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Would recommend Mt. Brydges Ford to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

  I wish I could leave a minus 5 stars for this dealership. Bought my first truck here, serviced it here, I had my sync module replaced 8 times, got so frustrated with the problems that ford canada gave me the extended warranty for free. Last time my truck was here for service they scratched the front corner, denied doing it and the owner wouldn't call me back to discuss, every time we went there to talk to him he was conveniently never there. Worst experience ever, cost me $700 to repaint the front of my truck....thanks for nothing. Save your money, go to Courtesy Ford no problems or headaches there. Ps...don't let them store your tires, sold our buddy a truck, stored his summer tires, when he went to get them changed in the spring they had mistakenly sold them. This was after a total runaround getting a topper that should have been purchased in London, but instead this dealership drove the truck to Fergus.....W T actual F????

  I have bought a few trucks from Vanessa here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Easy to deal with and promises are always fulfilled. The service is awesome too! They really make you feel like family!
